- Do you ship to Australia and the Pacific Islands?
- Yes, for part of our range. We supply selected door, container shelter, and GRP hygiene and fire door products across Australia and the Pacific, matched to what is practical to freight and install in your region. Tell us your location and we will confirm what is possible.
- What is available outside New Zealand?
- High-speed, insulated, and security doors, Extenda Flex container shelters, and GRP hygiene and fire doors. Our full New Zealand range does not travel well, so we recommend the parts that suit your site and freight route.
- Do you offer service and maintenance overseas?
- No. Service and maintenance outside New Zealand is handled by local partners, and we will be straight up with you about that before you commit. We help with product selection, supply, and commissioning guidance.
- Do you supply full dock loading systems for export?
- Not as a rule. Dock levellers and full loading systems are a New Zealand offering. For export we focus on doors, Extenda Flex container shelters, and GRP hygiene and fire doors.
- Are you a New Zealand company?
- Yes, Ulti Group is based and operated in New Zealand, our home market. In Australia and the Pacific we work through trusted local partners rather than our own branches. New Zealand customers are best served at ultigroup.co.nz for local pricing, stock, and support.
